Return/Refund Policy

  1. Any item may be eligible for return/return/replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery only if the product was received in a physically damaged broken condition. (Opening video necessary)
  2. If your package fulfils any of the above conditions, please inform our Customer Care Team at care@aurramist.com within 7 business days of delivery of the package with your order number and attach the video file.
  3. Return requests will be validated by our team within 2 working days. If and when your order return request is approved from our end, instructions on how to return the product will be provided via email. Thereafter, the reverse pickup will be arranged within 5 business days of receiving a follow up email from our team.
  4. On receipt of the returned product, we will proceed to validate the claim. The validation of the claim will take place within 2 working days of receipt of the returned product(s). Our Customer Care team will be in touch with you thereafter.
  5. Once approved as an eligible return, the customer may choose to either opt for a full refund, credit note or a replacement.
